This versatile bench serves as both a Utility Bench and a Tricep Seat, providing a free weight option with a low back that positions users at an optimal 80-degree angle. It is specifically engineered to facilitate Shoulder Presses and Triceps Presses, allowing for a full range of shoulder movement while weights are held behind the head and arms are fully extended. 

Built with a heavy-duty steel frame, this bench guarantees outstanding structural strength. It’s standard rubber feet safeguard the base and prevent any slipping during use. Crafted from 11-gauge 4-inch oval steel, this remarkable bench is designed to endure even the most intense workout environments. Contoured, molded foam with plastic backers to increase durability.
