Legion Fitness Equipment – Limited Warranty
At Legion Fitness Equipment, we are committed to building high-quality strength training equipment designed for long-term performance, durability, and reliability.
Our equipment is designed for a variety of training environments, from private home gyms to professional fitness facilities. To provide clear and appropriate warranty coverage, Legion offers three usage classifications: Residential, Light Commercial, and Full Commercial.
Warranty coverage is determined by the product's approved usage classification and the environment in which it is used.
1. Residential Use Warranty
Definition of Residential Use
Residential use is defined as personal, noncommercial use of fitness equipment within a private residence by members of a single household and their personal guests.
This includes home gyms, garage gyms, and private exercise rooms used exclusively for personal fitness.
Residential use does not include equipment used for paid personal training, commercial fitness services, rental or shared fitness facilities, or use by members of multiple households.
All Legion Fitness Equipment products are eligible for residential warranty coverage when used in an approved residential environment.

2. Light Commercial Use Warranty
Definition of Light Commercial Use
Light Commercial Use is defined as moderate use of approved fitness equipment in shared, non-public fitness facilities that do not operate as traditional, dues-paying commercial gyms.
Qualifying facilities must meet both of the following conditions:
- Equipment use does not exceed five cumulative hours per day.
- The facility serves no more than 50 fitness users per day.
Examples of qualifying facilities may include:
- Apartment and condominium fitness centers
- Hotel and resort fitness rooms
- Corporate and workplace wellness facilities
- Fire and police station fitness rooms
- Residential community and HOA fitness centers
- Low-volume personal training studios operating within the stated usage limits
Facilities offering paid personal training may qualify for Light Commercial coverage when equipment usage remains within the stated limits and the facility has been approved by Legion Fitness Equipment.
Public membership gyms, high-volume training facilities, and facilities exceeding these usage limits require equipment specifically rated for Full Commercial Use.

Light Commercial warranty coverage applies only to products specifically designated by Legion Fitness Equipment as suitable for Light Commercial Use or Full Commercial Use.
3. Full Commercial Use Warranty
Definition of Full Commercial Use
Full Commercial Use is defined as regular, high-volume use of fitness equipment in professional, institutional, and commercial training facilities.
This includes facilities where equipment is used by multiple individuals throughout the day, including paying members, clients, employees, athletes, and the general public.
Examples include:
- Commercial fitness clubs and membership gyms
- High-volume personal training studios
- University and college recreation centers
- Professional and collegiate athletic training facilities
- Municipal and public recreation centers
- Commercial training facilities
- High-volume corporate or institutional fitness centers
Equipment designated for Full Commercial Use is engineered for frequent, demanding use and must be operated within its published specifications, weight capacities, and maintenance requirements.

Full Commercial warranty coverage applies only to products specifically designated by Legion Fitness Equipment as suitable for Full Commercial Use.
4. General Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty Eligibility: This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser of new Legion Fitness Equipment purchased directly from Legion or an authorized Legion dealer. Coverage is nontransferable and begins on the original purchase date.
Coverage: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within the product's approved usage classification.
Product Classification: Each Legion product is assigned a maximum approved usage classification. Full Commercial products are also approved for Light Commercial and Residential Use. Light Commercial products are also approved for Residential Use. Residential-only products are not approved for commercial applications.
Warranty Determination: The applicable warranty is based on the actual installation and usage environment. Commercial equipment installed in a qualifying private residence receives Residential warranty coverage.
Repair or Replacement: Legion Fitness Equipment will, at its discretion, repair or replace covered defective components with new or functionally equivalent replacement parts.
Labor: Labor, including diagnosis, removal, installation, and reassembly, is not included under any warranty classification. Customers are responsible for labor and related service and shipping charges.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper installation or assembly, failure to follow maintenance instructions, unauthorized modifications, accidental damage, corrosion, cosmetic deterioration from ordinary use, equipment kept outdoors or in a non-climate controlled setting, or operation beyond published capacities or approved usage classifications.
Warranty Claims: Claims must include proof of purchase, product identification, a description of the issue, and photographs or video when reasonably requested. Legion may require inspection or additional information to determine warranty eligibility.
Shipping and Service: Warranty replacement parts will be provided in accordance with the applicable coverage. Shipping charges, technician travel, diagnostic services, and installation costs are not included unless otherwise agreed in writing by Legion Fitness Equipment.
Warranty Period: Coverage begins on the date of original purchase and remains in effect for the applicable period. Limited Lifetime coverage applies to the original purchaser for as long as the purchaser owns the product, subject to the conditions of this warranty.
Effective Date: This warranty applies to qualifying products purchased on or after the published effective date. Products purchased before that date remain covered under the warranty provided at the time of purchase unless Legion expressly authorizes different terms in writing.
Legal Rights: This limited warranty provides specific legal rights. Customers may have additional rights under applicable state or federal law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
