How Much Does Shipping Cost?

*Legion provides FREE shipping on most orders. Free shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States excluding Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, and other remote locations with limited access.

How Does My Order Ship?

Most items under 150lbs ship via UPS or FedEx ground service. Items over 150lbs are shipped on a pallet or in a crate by an LTL freight carrier and delivered curbside.

What is Curbside Delivery?

Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include inside delivery, set up or assembly of items or removal of packaging materials.

It is your responsibility to get the product from the curbside to your home so make sure to have help there when the shipment arrives. The driver cannot help you bring the product up the driveway into to the garage, into your home or up any stairs.

How Does Shipping Work?**

  • Most orders ship in 1-3 business days, and will be delivered within 5-10 business days after they ship. It may take longer, depending on the time of year, weather, and geographic location.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment details, including the freight carrier’s name, contact information, and tracking number.
  • If your order is shipped via LTL freight carrier, before delivering your order, the freight company will call you to schedule a time for delivery. Typically a 3-4 hour window. If you are not there to receive your shipment within the agreed upon window of time, and the freight carrier has to reschedule, any re-delivery fee’s assessed will be your responsibility to pay.
  • Destination times vary depending on weather, distance, and accessibility to your city. Some cities, including lower-populated areas, may require additional time because the carrier may have to transfer to a local carrier.
  • Shipping times are only estimated and not guaranteed. Times may fluctuate due to inventory availability, holidays, and weekends.
  • It is your responsibility to get the product in your home so make sure to have help there when the shipment arrives. The driver cannot help you bring the product up the driveway to the garage, into your home or up any stairs.
  • YOUR SHIPMENT LEAVES OUR DOCK IN PERFECT CONDITION. UPON ARRIVAL, INSPECT FOR DAMAGE AND INCORRECT QUANTITY BEFORE SIGNING. ANY DAMAGE TO CONTENTS SHOULD BE NOTED ON THE BILL OF LADING FOR A CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIER. FAILURE TO PROPERLY INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT BEFORE SIGNING OFF ELIMINATES LIABILITY OF THE FREIGHT CARRIER.
