Legion Fitness Equipment offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you’re unsatisfied, simply return your product for a refund, less return shipping charges. Please read below thoroughly. Restocking and other fees may apply.

Our Return Policy

• All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back. Contact customer service to have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued.
• If you decide to return your item for any reason, you are responsible for return shipping charges. This applies once your order leaves our warehouse, even if you have not received shipping information.
• Any product defect must be recorded within the first 30 days after delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Beyond 30 days, any issue will be handled in accordance with the product’s warranty.
• Return shipping charges are based on the actual amount quoted from the freight carrier and may be higher than the flat rate shipping fee you were charged at the time of purchase.
• Please have your order confirmation email or shipping information ready as you will be required to provide an order number and other information as proof of purchase.
• To receive a refund, all returned products must be in the original packaging, on a pallet (if originally shipped on one) and be in new condition. This means you need to keep the original packaging, shipping crate, and/ or pallet until after you are certain you will not return it.
• If an order is refused, the customer is responsible for all actual shipping and handling costs incurred in both directions.
• If an order is canceled after it has already been processed, a restocking fee of up to 20% will be assessed.
• If a package is returned or additional fees are incurred due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, the customer is responsible for any and all shipping and storage costs incurred.
