Return & Cancellation Policy

RETURN POLICY

Legion Fitness Equipment offers a 30-Day return period. Restocking and other fees may apply. Please read thoroughly.

Return Period

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact Legion Fitness Equipment within 30 days from the time you received your Product (“Return Period”). Provide proof of purchase, order number, date of purchase, delivery date, and the reason for the return.

If the Return Period has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Any product defects must be reported to Legion Fitness Equipment within 30 days of the time you received the Product to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Beyond 30 days, any issue will be handled in accordance with the product’s warranty.

Return Conditions

You agree to return the purchased Product to us in its original packaging and new condition. This means you will need to keep the original packaging (box, crate, pallet, etc) for at least 30-days to reuse to ship back to us if necessary.

When returning a Product, use the Order Number as the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and reference number.

Shipping is at your expense:

You must prepay the shipping charges for all returns as well as insure the shipment.

Refunds do not include any shipping & handling charges shown on the packaging slip or purchase invoice. If you had an installation service performed, then that will not be refunded. 

If you received “free shipping”, we will deduct from the refund, the actual dollar amount we were charged by the shipping company when we initially shipped the product to you.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment. We cannot be held liable for any loss, theft, breakage, delay, or failure to deliver caused by the shipping company. We will not be liable and we will not issue a refund if we do not receive your returned product or if we do not receive it in the same condition as we shipped it to you.

After we receive your purchased product, our team of professionals will inspect it.

We do not take returns of the following products:

Anything obtained from sources other than the Legion Fitness Equipment website.

Weights, Bars, Attachments, and accessories. These are final sales.

Equipment damaged due to abuse or negligence  including equipment kept outside, exposure to chemicals, corrosive substances, open flames, high temperatures, sharp objects, etc.

Equipment damage caused by improper use or activities for which the purpose was not intended.

Processing of Refunds

We will process the refund in 3 to 5 business days after we receive the returned Product. The amount of the refund will be determined after all the above factors have been assessed.

If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund only to the original payment method you used during the purchase.

For credit card payments, it may take 7-10 business days after we receive the returned Product for a refund to show up on your credit card statement. However, during busy periods, this may take longer. We will inform you as soon as we have processed the refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Prior to your Products shipping (the “Cancellation Period”), you may cancel the order by sending a cancellation request.

If you cancel your order within the cancellation period, we can refund you in full. There is no restocking fee for cancellations before an item has shipped.

When we are unable to cancel

Once the product has left our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled, and the above return and refund policies will apply.

If an order delivery is refused as a form of cancellation, the customer is responsible for all actual shipping and handling costs incurred in both directions.
