• Jammer Arms, also known as lever arms or isometric arms, are attachments that can be added to a weightlifting rack to perform a variety of exercises: 
• Jammer arms attach to the rack and pivot when lifted, creating a fixed handle path. They are used to mimic the handles of plate loaded gym machines, allowing you to perform exercises like chest presses, shoulder presses, and rows. 

Jammer arms are attached to the upright poles of a power rack using a bracket with pins. You can adjust the arms to different positions to suit your body shape and biomechanics
