WARRANTY POLICY

Legion Fitness Equipment guarantees each new product to the original purchaser only. The liability of this warranty shall be limited solely to the repair or replacement of the product within the warranty period. This warranty applies only to the lower 48 states and purchases made from authorized dealers and supersedes the warranty listed in the owner’s manual.

This warranty covers only failures due to workmanship defects when operated under normal conditions and maintained properly. It does not cover damage or failure due to misuse, abuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, misapplication, alteration, equipment kept outside or in a non-climate-controlled setting, or improper assembly of the product.

The labor to adjust or replace defective parts is the user’s responsibility, and the customer will be responsible for any freight charges for replacement parts. Legion may provide reconditioned replacement parts and request the return of defective parts for inspection.

All Other Parts : 90-Days

COMMERCIAL WARRANTY

Frame: 10-Years
Cables & Pulleys: 2-Years
All Other Parts: 90-Days

AR100 Air Rower Warranty

Frame: 5-years
Parts: 2-Years
90-Days: Electronics, Upholstery, finish, and grips

WEIGHTS, BARS, ATTACHMENTS, & ACCESSORIES

These products are not warranted due to the nature of their use.
