Transitioning between exercises is seamless with three fixed cable heights (low, mid, and high). No adjustments are necessary—just grab and go. The free-flowing rotating handles and 360-degree rotating fold down bench provide multidirectional, natural movements.
The Legion G6 Slim Gym comes with a standard 200 lb. steel weight stack with a reduced weight ratio designed for body sculpting and core work. Single handle use is a 25% weight ratio. Two handle use is a 50% weight ratio.
If you are looking for a gym with a heavier weight ratio, consider the G7 Classic or G9 Hybrid Multigyms with 1:1 ratio 200lb weight stacks.
